Ready to retire to spend more time with family, David and his wife, Irma, enlisted Calder Capital’s Sell-Side team to identify a successor for their business.
Designlink Engineering, a leading provider of commercial and industrial engineering and design services with a national footprint, acquired David Arthur Consultants. The strategic acquisition integrates Designlink’s engineering capabilities and reach with DAC’s strengths in land surveying, architectural services, and energy-efficient engineering and design. This partnership significantly elevates Designlink’s value proposition, delivering even greater benefits to clients nationwide.
