Hartland Auto Wash has been a trusted provider of high-quality car washing services for the Hartland community for nearly 20 years. The facility boasts two touchless wash bays, four self-service bays, and a vending machine stocked with car cleaning products. Looking to step back and shift her focus toward time with family, owner Allyson Mechigian re-engaged Calder Capital’s Sell-Side team. Previously, Mechigian sold her three Mechigian Auto Wash businesses with Calder Capital’s M&A Advisor Garrett Monroe, who served as her Exclusive Sell-Side M&A Advisor.
Hartland Oil Change, owned and operated by Hassan Machlab, provides oil changes and various automotive service offerings. The acquisition allows Hartland Oil Change to take ownership of the facility where it has leased space in, while opening the door for Machlab’s Hartland Oil Change to pursue cross-selling opportunities. With an established presence on the property, Hartland Oil Change is well-positioned to maximize the synergies between the oil change and car wash services.
